For this entry is just doodles and rough sketches of design ideas for a logo and identity for Blurt. Here are the ideas I have below.

The  Beginning of Blurt's Identity

The way I saw this was too try sketching items/objects that associates with art considering the fact that Blurt is going to be a new TV show own Channel 4, I wanted to give Blurt a logo to identity itself, in a simplistic way but so it represents the  TV show being about art and creativity.  so I liked the idea of sketching someone with a pencil saying Blurt. As I felt a pencil is the backbone to creativity. I looked at Jigsaw pieces as a potential design idea, Writing the word Blurt and out my own spin on it. The image above is my starting point for designing logos for Blurt.

Doodles for Blurt Logo

This piece above, I was just doodling and scribbling ideas rough in my sketch book for logo design ideas for Blurt.  I was pretty much just playing with the word Blurt and experimenting with different ways I can put a logo together.  I loved the idea with the paint brush and paint splats and I like the megaphone on the top right, as that is another meaning to the word blurt.  also like the logo on the top right with the paint brushes crossing each other with paint splats saying blurt going across the brushes. 

Blurt Design Ideas

Here are some more doodle design ideas for logos but this time added abit more colour to my design ideas.  I like the long one on the top left spelling blurt downwards but I feel its abut much for a logo design. I love the idea of a pencil being the logo saying blurt on the pencil, the jigsaw one on the tip left spelling blurt and u like the logo saying blurt on the middle right saying blurt in different ways.

Here are some more logo ideas I have sketched rough on my sketch book. I like the rainbow one on the top left, as it is somewhat simple for a logo but works as I like to associate Blurt to be a colourful title because of it being an art TV show and I feel art can use a lot of colour. I also like the one on the top right Wirth the Paperclip playing part of the letter B, the logo is simple and I could see tis logo working. I also like the pencil sketch like what I previously mentioned and finally. life the logo with the megaphone, only thing with that is I can see it being too complicated for a logo design.

These two images of the Jigsaw Puzzles pieces gave me inspiration for a couple of my logo design doodles came from this image I found on google images.

Paint Splashes

I looked at this image of paint splats and thought BINGO! using paint splats would be great for logo designs for Blurt. Seeing as it is an art programme we are creating an identity for. I thought Paint splats would be perfect for a logo as I would look at the logo and instantly think okay this is about arts and crafts and would intrigue me. 

HB Pencil

This is one of the key objects/images I found inspiration from for creating some of my design ideas for my Blurt identifications above I loved the idea of using pencils as part of Blurt's idenitity.
